SAM – Students – MindTap for Computing – SAM Reports

[MUSIC] In MindTap for computing, you can receive assignment
feedback in a few different ways. Directly through the learn path,
the recent activity scores, or via the SAM app or
progress app in the app doc. However, you can get more than just
the assignment score, you can get specific feedback about the computing
skills involved in each activity. To access, click the completed
assignment in the Learning Path. Click the Review button,
and then Generate Report. [MUSIC] For exams, you’ll be able to
access a study guide report. It will give you an overall score, the
specific skills that you got correct or incorrect, and helpful links
to improve your understanding. If you click the Remediation hyperlink,
you’ll be taken back to the e-book to review the
specific section that you got incorrect. Or via the Training link,
you’ll be sent back to the same training where you can review
the different training modes. This is a great way to
brush up on the skills, before attempting the assignment again,
or moving on to a project. [MUSIC] For a completed project,
when you click Review and Generate Report. [MUSIC] You’ll download a document that provides
a summary of the project instructions and skills, your score,
where you received full, partial, or no credit, and a rationale for each. In addition, you’ll be able to review your
original submission that is now annotated, using the application’s
commenting feature, which identifies the incorrect
steps in your project. Via the the SAM app on the right, you can
review these two types of reports for all your assignments. [MUSIC] And via the Progress app, you can see a summary of your
scores throughout the course. [MUSIC]
