Hello guys, In this video I am going to talk about Quantum Computers Quantum computing which is going to be the future of computing So, In this video I am going to talk about What is Quantum computers, How it works? and its comparison from normal computers and super computers In last video I told you that how modern computer’s CPU transistors are shrinking every year in size up to the scale of 10nm , 7nm etc.. but there is a limit even smaller transistors will be of subatomic size means smaller than atom and in this subatomic transistors, electron starts jumping barrier..which didn’t happen in bigger transistors So, In smaller transistors.. currents starts leaking because electrons behaviour changes this is called Quantum Tunneling means in normal computers transistors of subatomic size starting to fail to work because Subatomic world’s physics is different from our normal world physics This subatomic world can also be called as Quantum Realm U might have heard about Quantum Realm before in Ant-man movie.. Ant man goes to Qauntum Realm.. Qauntum realm is not like that movie has shown but quantum realm exists..like a microscopic world and our world is Macroscopic and u might be surprised knowing that Quantum Realm physics behaves differently than our normal world physics So lets talk about Quantum Realm magical physics before talking about Quantum computers like in our normal world if we try to throw ball on wall it bounces back but in quantum world chances are there that electron passes throw the wall instead like in small transistors..electron crossed the thin barrier So in normal world we know where is ball and how it will behaves but in quantum electron behaviour is uncertain Electron sometimes behaves like wave sometimes like particles..just like light as einstien said this we call SUPERPOSITION bcoz it can be anything or anywhere at at time Like Superposition, Entanglement is also very interesting in Quantum world In this if two objects interact with each other then we place them apart then still they will behave same like other one as example if you take 2 coin and interact them and place them a galaxy apart and toss them and result will still be on same..head-head..tail-tail So quantum world is very intersting and scary at the same time..thats why Einstein called it spooky world Now Lets get back to quantum computing as i told earlier that quantum tunneling starts in small transistor and quantum physics laws starts to interfare causing it to fail So scientists thought why not use it for our own advantage and Quantum Computer came to existance In quantum computing- Quantum realm physics works and in Normal computing – normal physics In normal computer transistors either can be on or off means 0 or 1 one value at a time But in quantum computers Quantum bits or Qubit exist in place of classical bits qubit works on the law of quantum physics like i told earlier about superposition that at one time electron can be two things just like that Qubit here can be 0 AND 1 both at the same time Remember the difference: BIT – either 0 OR 1 , Qubit- 0 AND 1 both Qubit being 0 and 1 at the same time is a very big deal it seems small in 2 Qubit scale but it power grows exponentially in comparison to Bit Bit process 1 value at a time, Qubit can process all the same time just like that 4 bit process 1 value out of 16 at a time but Qubit does it all at the same time and and adding more Qubit increases Quantum computer processing power exponentially Only 20 Qubits can process 1 Million possibility at a time which normal computers do one by one Qubits stays in superpositon while processing but gives exact result in 0 or 1 just like a bit To truly understand Bit Vs Qubit ..Take a coin for example In Bit – Coin will be either Heads or Tails bit in Qubti coin spins and while spinning we cant tell if it is heads or tails..thats superposition means it is both heads and tails but gives result as heads or tails at last just like a bit
