A frugal flyer tried to avoid baggage fees by stuffing a laptop down her jumpsuit and pretending to be pregnant  Travel writer Rebecca Andrews’ brazen attempt to board the Jetstar flight without forking out for extra luggage was foiled by flight attendants  She was only allowed to carry a maximum of 7kg as hand luggage onto the journey from Melbourne to Sydney   In a video posted on her Instagram page, Ms Andrews shows her followers how to wrap items to their bodies to avoid the £31 fee    The clip shows the traveller stuffing her laptop cables into the front of her jumpsuit, creating a baby bump  She also slides her laptop case down the back of her outfit and conceals it by putting on a jumper and jacket  The thrifty flyer advised people to pack the items onto their bodies after passing through security    Describing her failed attempt to board the plane, she told Escape: “I walked very erectly (TIP: you have to keep your shoulders back, you’ll find out why in a second) to the gate, and found I was the LAST person to board my flight  “Which was my ONLY mistake — the staff were all paying me attention. Collectively, they weighed my bag, and with smiles gave me the all clear  “But as I walked my fake-pregnant a** down the gangway, I dropped my ticket and made a noise So they all looked at me again.”  She added that when she bent over to pick up her ticket, one of the airport staff spotted the outline of her laptop on her back   After she was confronted about the object, she confessed to attempting to bypass the fee and agreed to pay the £31, The Sun reports  In her Instagram video, Ms Andrews says: “If you try this and get busted, this video 100 per cent does not exist Don’t sue me please.”
