Working with laptops can be
uncomfortable because they aren’t adjustable. If your arms are in a good
position, the screen is too low, causing you to hunch over. If the monitor is in
a good position, then your arms are too high. If a laptop is your main computer,
use it with a separate keyboard, input device, and monitor. At minimum, attach a
separate keyboard and input device, raise the monitor up to a good height on a
riser or books, and place the keyboard and input device at the proper height.
